Public Discussion on the Decision of the Constitutional Court of Georgia

On May 19, the public discussion was held on the Decision of the Constitutional Court of Georgia Giorgi Logua vs the Parliament of Georgia.

The issue regarding this case was one of the aspects of freedom of expression. The disputed norm in the case under review established criminal liability for the illegal production, distribution, or advertising of a pornographic work, printed edition, image, or other object of a pornographic nature, as well as for trading such an object or keeping it for sale or distribution.
